More Sunlove Drama
In the attempts that I have made to get in contact with a professional from the Sunlove Company. It seems as though there is only one person dealing with the companys customer service. The owner. All I have wanted was for the issue I had to be resolved. The way I have felt since purchasing a product from them has been that I am not worth the money they took from me. At this point, I consider that they have stolen money from me. The customer service I have received has been minimal. The owner stooped so low as to call me a liar. Why am I a liar? I sent my order ID number and no one responded to me. They told me I did not provide them with the infomation they needed.
In order to prove that I indeed ordered (and was charged for) their product, I took to my email to prove to them that I was not "lying" and that they indeed were in contact with my in prior months regarding my order. The owner, a grown man, who claims to be a professional business owner actually called me a "shit stirrer" What grown man tells this to a young female? Why would I want "drama" I am 23 years old and have never been interested in "drama" let alone with a company whom I am a paying customer.
One, thing that you will see in the emails from the owner of the Sunlove Company, he states that I should plan on getting a lawyer. Now, I am not an expert, but I believe you need more than just a name from twitter or an email before a lawyer will take anyone serious on plans of suing or filing charges. I would assume that he has all the necessary information needed if he in fact is consulting with a lawyer. Now, he says he is not a liar, but he tells me that I did not give him the information he needed. The only place he could have gotten my information would be from my order/receipt from the time I ordered from his website.
This company is not professional at all, the owner speaks and conducts himself like a child. There is no professionalism projected at all. I believe that I am in my rights to share my story. If I had gotten my order shipped to me in a timely fashion, and if the product was great, I would have been more than happy to share a review that sheds light on the Sunlove Company. Instead, I have had to deal with name calling from the company, being verbally abused (by being called a shit stirrer) and being a victim of theft because they refuse to see me as a worthy paying company. My hope is that people who are offered their products for free consider the people who are being ripped off and being taken advantage of. It is wrong and I hope more people step up and share their stories.
here are emails from the owner to myself:

Hello,
This is a desparate attempt to get in touch with someone from the Sunlove Company... I ordered a Sunlove system on 9/26/09 and still cannot get any info as to when it will be shipped out to me... After a ton of emails and voicemails with no response, I would just like to know when it will be sent to me.. I am not asking for a refund, or anything extra... Just to know when I will receive it. The funds for it were already charged to my account... Please get back to me with an update...
Thank you

"Your little poor act isnt working on me. Lawyer up kid, I did.
And just so you know for a fact, I dont lie. Ever.
Now either you appologize and take back ALL your crap, or I will be seeing you in court.
Have a nice day

I have sent multiple emails over the past few months, I have also called the listed number many times, offered an order number. If an order id number is insufficiant, someone could have messaged that to me. I am not the only one who has had customer service problems. Maybe if the phone number on your website worked or if someone would return calls, my shipping problem could have been solved. And as far as my blog is concerned, that is simply my customer experience story. I do not think that is worth lawyering up over. Even if my blog is less than desirable to potential customers, it should not matter since I myself an a paying customer. Money was taken out of my bank and a product never shipped or delivered. First I was told shipping takes longer than some companies. Then I was told there was a robbery. Then I was told the company was hacked. I'm not sure what to believe.

Dear Nicole,
I asked you to email me a long time ago and you never did.
Your Blog is a treat, and now you want my help. Well let me be very
clear, since I can spell. My Lawyers are looking to file charges against
you. Did you understand that ? Was it spelled right ? You only want Drama
so you can have your 15 minutes of whatever. Earn it. And you will get farther
in this world with being kind than being a young immature mean selfish trouble maker.
Or as they call it in Australia " A Shit Stirrer" .
Have a nice day, and next time a company offers to help and you play games
this will happen again. My advice is to be an adult about it.
All the best

Hi,
This is Nicoleisneat from twitter? I just wanted to prove that your company has been in contact with me regarding my order and I am not lying. I would not waste my time over a $50 tanning spray if I did not already get charged for it. And as a paying customer, it's insulting to be abused via twitter by being called a liar.

Hi Nicole,
I am so sorry for the trouble. We had a robbery and we cannot access certian accounts.
Its been a real problem. Please send me your shipping details and I will try to get you
an answer asap.
All the best

Sunlove Tanning Scam
SO, in the fall of 2009, I ordered the Sunlove Tanning system after seeing countless reviews online and on youtube. They advertised a sale and I saw a chance to order it. I placed my order and they sent me an email to confirm that they got my order, then they sent another email as a receipt and the funds came out of my account. The cost was roughly $40.00 which is less than some self tanner such at the St. Tropez mousse but still it was a lot more costly than all the drugstore tanners.
After about a week, I still had not gotten an email telling me when it would be shipped out to me. I sent an email to the Sunlove customer service and they replied that their shipping department took longer than most websites.
Another month went by without receiving it, so I called the number on the website and it went straight to voicemail. No one ever called me back. Mind you, they charged me for $40.00 and never told me when I would get my order.
I found another email contact from something within the company and he told me there was a "robbery" within the company so they were unable to access some accounts. That was in December, roughly TWO months after they charged me. I still have been unable to get ahold of anyone and they refuse to reply to me with an answer about my order.
This company is a sham and they will take your money and not send an order out. Back when Sunlove was making its rounds of Youtube in the spring/summer of 2009, a lot of very popular gurus made reviews on the Sunlove System. Since then, they have all taken down their reviews. I have also seen plenty of other people complaining online about their customer service and how they verbally abuse their customers. They had been doing this on their Twitter account, which was cleared of all posts a few months back, right around the time they scammed me.
Well, after FOUR months of not receiving my order, I started getting ads in my email about new products and new special offers. To say the least, I was not pleased that they still hadn't sent my order but they have the nerve to send me ads as if I will every buy anything from them again.
I found their twitter was back up so I though maybe if I asked about my order there, they would reply. Instead, they did not answer me as any normal good company would. In fact, they deleted my posts to their page!!
The bottom line is, do your research. They will rip you off and then never treat you like a real customer. I wish I had bought the St. Tropez Tanning Mousse instead of the Sunlove.
